A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, or where it is determined that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the account balance.
Cricket and PSL markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each competition. In the event of a shortened match (due to weather, Duckworth-Lewis method or other interruptions), settlement will follow the rules of the relevant cricket governing body as applied by AR777 Game at the time. In the event of a technical failure — including platform downtime, connectivity issues or any other disruption — bets placed during the affected period may be subject to review. AR777 Game reserves the right to void bets that were placed or settled during a period of confirmed technical error.

Where prohibited activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation, void related bets and winnings, and permanently close the account without returning the balance where fraud is confirmed.
